Setup / Breakdown
At The Tea Party rental we are happy to help set and take apart your tea party for a starting fee of $75.00 Dollars. Cost of set up will increase with increased size of party. The Tea Party Rental will only set up the items we provide. The Tea Party Rental will only be responsible for cleaning and removing the items provided.
Delivery Options
We offer a delivery free for drop off and pickup round trip. Fee varies by location.
Pickup
- Customers may choose to pickup their tea sets instead of having them delivered.
- Pick up times are appointment only and all tea sets must be returned within the following 24 hours.
Policies
- Reservations are first come first serve.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your reserved tea party date.
- The remainder of the balance is due upon delivery or pickup
- A minimum rental of $135 for a tea party package is required for full service round trip drop off and pickup.

No, at The Tea Party Rental we are happy to do all the cleaning, you just have fun!
Since the items rented are ornate and vintage, we ask that all items returned be dried with the cloths provided but not washed. The Tea Party Rental will wash all supplies returned.
We understand unforeseen circumstance happen. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be returned if already paid.
We understand accidents happen. Please be extra cautious and careful when transferring our rentals by using our packing supplies provided upon dropoff/pickup. If an item is broken during the transport or tea party, the customer will be charged the fair market value of the item broken.
