Full-Service Setup & Breakdown
The Tea Party Rental offers full-service and breakdown, allowing you to fully enjoy your gathering while we handle the details.
Full-service styling begins at $75, with final pricing based on guest count and event scale.
Our team carefully styles, arranges, and later removes all rental pieces provided by The Tea Party Rental to ensure a seamless experience from beginning to end.
Delivery & Collection
We offer delivery and collection for an additional fee based on location.
Timing is coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth, effortless event day.
Client Pickup Option
Clients may opt for scheduled pickup in place of delivery.
All pickups are by appointment only. Rental items are to be returned within 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been made.
Policies
Event dates are reserved on a first-come basis and confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer.
The remaining balance is due at delivery or pickup.
A minimum rental of $135 applies to full-service delivery and pickup.

All china and serving pieces are professionally cleaned by The Tea Party Rental. Because many of our pieces are vintage and delicate, we kindly ask that items be gently dried with the cloths provided and returned unwashed. Our team will take care of the rest.
We understand that plans can change. Deposits are non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you. Any remaining balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
We understand that accidents can happen. Please handle all rental items with care and use the packing materials provided for transport and return.
In the event an item is damaged or broken during your rental period, the replacement cost (fair market value) of the item will be charged.
